Returns Policy

We accept 14 days’ time limit on returns so all items bought as gifts may be returned after Christmas.

We have a no fuss returns policy. This means that if, after receiving your item, there’s any problem then you can post it back to us for a refund or an exchange but you must tell us problem first to proceed process. Without any reason we cannot proceed a refund or exchange because it is company policy. In case of wrong sizing you need to tell us before send item back to us.

All we ask is that you return it in the same condition that we sent it, unworn and with all the original tags attached. Courier company packs our products and we have insurance with them. In case of damage or faulty item they don’t post it. If a customer send us item back that is not in actual condition or damaged then we cannot process refund or exchange in any case. The cost of returning the item is yours.

Please note that for orders delivered to outside the UK, any refund amount will be less the original delivery charge on your order unless the item was found to be faulty or not what you ordered. Exchanges sent out are subject to the original delivery charge.

Before sending back item to us kindly confirm return address.

If you require a refund then we will try to process that within a week of the day we receive the item from you.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights and is in accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive.

Csutom Made Item Return Details

Custom Made items are non refundable or exchangeable for any reason.Custom Made items specially prepare on customers demand so it is not possible for Royal Leather to accept return.
