Returns Policy

We accept 7 days’ time limit on returns so all items bought as gifts may be returned after Christmas.

We have a no fuss returns policy. This means that if, after receiving your item, you don’t want to keep it for any reason, and you can post it back to us for a refund or an exchange. You can purchase an item and give yourself some time to decide whether it’s right for you. This extended time limit is of course subject to our discretion and may not be granted in certain cases.

All we ask is that you return it in the same condition that we sent it, unworn and with all the original tags attached. The cost of returning the item is yours.

Please note that for orders delivered to outside the UK, any refund amount will be less the original delivery charge on your order unless the item was found to be faulty or not what you ordered. Exchanges sent out are subject to the original delivery charge.

Before sending back item to us kindly confirm return address.

If you require a refund then we will try to process that within a week of the day we receive the item from you.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights and is in accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive.

Csutom Made Item Return Details

Custom Made items are non refundable or exchangeable for any reason.Custom Made items specially prepare on customers demand so it is not possible for Royal Leather to accept return.
